Keith Steier
Founder & Owner
Keith Steier founded Knockout Renovation in 1992 with a simple mission: deliver honest, high-quality home remodeling to New York City homeowners.
Before launching the company, Keith built a strong foundation of hands-on experience. He served as a handyman at 100 UN Plaza, one of Manhattan's premier residential buildings, and later as superintendent at a large co-op, managing all aspects of building maintenance and renovation.
Keith's career began with service in the U.S. Navy, where he developed expertise in welding, plumbing, and damage control — skills that translate directly to the precision and discipline he brings to every Knockout project.
